Builders that don’t care for housing association homes. We had to move because my 50 year old husband could not work…nearly two years and still waiting…massive complaint to leave us in a defect home for nearly two years.. when my husband has no immune system and I have COPD. Shame shame shame on you builders

It’s located in a quiet area, where they have a reception can have your parcel, and actually it’s quite safe compare to the woolwich center but the neighbors, you know some of them will have parties on the weekend and you can consistently smell weed

The development is well taken care of, everything is brand new and spacious. Only thing I personally dislike is the fact that balconies are open - have wooden floors, so if it rains it rains on you as well. And the en suite idea in one bedroom flat is very stupid.

Lots of snags, poorly managed so snagging takes months to conclude. Poor finish internally, especially decoration. Badly fitted doors, over 50% of windows had to be adjusted as didn't close properly. Lots of plumbing issues. Brickwork built in 3 stages with distinct colour change at each level.
