Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a nursery inside the development, which is so useful if you have kids. There is also a small supermarket. Well communicates with central London by train and underground.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fortunately, I didn’t have issues or problems to resolve it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To be completely honest, there was anything that I wish to had know before moving.

Amazing area. Easy to commute to central London via Charlton National Rail station. Many groceries and options nearby. Bin collection is OK and the development is quiet with little anti social behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Developer was good during the whole purchase process

Should have been more honest. Was told that the sales office would continue however now we will have a Nisa

Appropriately. Snagging issues solved at our satisfaction, and they didn’t make us any problem even if they had to come a couple of times for the same matter

I am not happy with the new Nisa store that will open within the development. It was not in the plan

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lidl, Asda, M&S, Sainsbury’s… all of them 5’ from the development. Also Boots, Superdrug, and even a Primark and Ikea are very close. Fantastic. Not many restaurantes in the area though.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As I said KFH is not really responsive. It takes a few days and several chasers to get things done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don’t like much the balconies as it has gaps in the floor. I knew it though when we bought the flat so this was not a break dealer

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very well located, close to Charlton national railway station and Greenwich shopping park. Many supermarkets can be found 5 mins from the development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues were solved promptly except for some of the windows (that had scratches) and it took a long time to get them changed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I am a bit disappointed that in what used to be the Sales office now we are going to have a small grocery store. That was not something we were told when we bought the flat.
